As of January 30, doctors reported 254 cases of measles infection across Lviv and Lviv region, western Ukraine. The press service of the local healthcare department reported this on Tuesday afternoon.
‘192 of the infected patients are children. Over the past 24 hours, 19 cases were registered. Since the beginning of the year, we hospitalized 138 people, 98 of them children. Most of the cases occurred in Lviv,’ the report said.
Previously, 112 International reported that since the beginning of 2018, 3,000 of the citizens of Ukraine became sick, including 996 adults and 1937 children.
