Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine has handed Mayor of Lviv Andriy Sadovyi a notification on suspicion of the abuse of authority. Sadovyi informed about it on his Facebook page.

According to the Mayor, the case was opened because the Dutch company, which paid 2,2 million dollars for the land and had to build an industrial park, was engaged in the open investing competition in 2015.

"Starting from 2015-2016 and beyond – blocking from every side... On the level of the authorities, the General Prosecutor's Office ... During this time, the CTP company has set up parks in Romania, in other places. It is the third-largest investor, which is investing in industrial property".
