No one was injured at the March of Equality which took place in Kyiv today, said Sergiy Yarovy, the First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
"There is no information about the injured,” Yaroviy noted.
Serhiy Knyazev, Chief of the National Police of Ukraine, added that during today’s mass events, no violations were spotted.
"The police, as well as the National Guard, provided a sufficient level of public order, no one was arrested,” Knyazev said.
Detaining a man who tried to disrupt the event was a preventive measure, Knyazev said.
The number of police officers present at the site is not specified.
"The National Police used as many staff as it was necessary, but it was less than last year," Knyazev added.
