"The crew of the patrol police arrived for a complaint in the Sloboda district of Kharkiv. The applicant said that he felt sad and in this way, he decided to entertain himself and communicate with the police," the message said.

When a man found out that his actions were qualified as an administrative offense under Art. 183 (knowingly false call of special services), then began to offer patrol bribes in the amount of $ 50.

The police refused and reported the criminal responsibility that the perpetrator would suffer if he did not stop trying to ‘pay off’ justice. The man still tried to put money in the pocket of the patrol.

These actions were recorded on the lapel bodyguards of the patrol, after which the investigative-operational group was called in place. Investigators will consider the qualification of citizen actions under Art. 369 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (offer, promise or provision of undue benefits to an official).

As we reported before, In the village of Sofiyivska Borshchahivka in the Kyiv-Svyatoshinsky district of the Kyiv region, a drunk man attacked a policeman during the clearance of administrative materials for another offender.
