Information agencies of the so-called "Luhansk People's Republic" reported on the collapse of the mine Cherkasska in the town of Zymohirya, according to the employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the LPR.

"On November 30 at 21:40 in Zymohirya at the Cherkasska mine of the Tsentrugol State Unitary Enterprise in the eastern field drift on the 680 m horizon, there was a rock fall. At the time of the accident, there were 10 people in the mine, three got under the rockfall" , - writes Ministry of Emergency Situations.

As noted, one miner was able to get out from under the rubble, he has an injury of the thoracic spine in a state of moderate severity. However, under the rubble there are still two people, one of whom has given signs of life. It is reported that the rescue work is being  conducted.

According to the latest official data (before the occupation of the territory), the actual production of the mine was 1169/564 t / day. The maximum depth is 680 m.
