London Court withdrew the arrest of the assets of Ukrainian businessmen Igor Kolomoisky and Gennady Bogolyubov in the amount of $ 380 million regarding the lawsuit of Tatneft oil company on the supply of oil to the Kremenchug oil refineries, Bloomberg reported.
It is noted that the court also took the side of Bogolyubov and another businessman Alexander Yaroslavsky and dismissed the lawsuit of Tatneft, "due to the lack of real chances for business success."
It should be noted, in its lawsuit, Tatneft said that in 2009 these persons fraudulently appropriated money owed Tatneft for the oil supplied to the Kremenchug oil refineries.
The arrest of assets of businessmen Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov was imposed in April. In particular, the arrest was also imposed on a private plane, boat and property of Kolomoisky in England and France: French villa on a plot of 1 ha and 50 ha of land in the Haute-Savoie region.
Also was arrested Bogolyubov's London real estate - house Belgravia, near the gates of Buckingham Palace, worth about $ 5.7 million. In addition, the court allows them to spend a week of not more than 7 190 US dollars.
Let us remind, according to the rating of Focus magazine, Kolomoisky and Bogolyubov are among the four richest Ukrainian businessmen.
