Level of Covid-19 incidence exceeded in 22 Ukrainian regions

As of September 21, 2021, the level of incidence with Covid-19 is exceeded in 22 regions of Ukraine as the Health Ministry reported.

The rate of incidence meets the norm (75 ill persons per 100,000 of citizens) only in Zakarpattia and Kyrovohrad regions.

The worst situation is observed in Chernivtsi (338 per 100,000), Luhansk (331), Ternopil (221), Odesa (162) regions, and in Kyiv (157).

Besides, the level of hospitalizations of Covid-19 patients exceeds all norms in 13 regions. The overstated rate is observed in Dnipropetrovsk region – 66%; Donetsk region – 59.5%; Zhytomyr region – 52.4%; Zaporizhia region – 51.3%; Kyiv region – 54.0%; Luhansk region – 80.7%; Lviv region – 50.5%; Mykolaiv region – 65.6%; Rivne region – 100%; Sumy region – 66.1%; Kharkiv region – 76.3%, Kherson region – 58.1%; Cherkasy region – 68.6%.

Totally, the dynamics of the hospitalization level in Ukraine makes 50.9%.

As we reported, over 98% of Ukrainians, who were hospitalized with coronavirus over the last three months, were not vaccinated as Ihor Kuzin, the Chief Sanitary Doctor of Ukraine reported.
