Law enforcement authorities are considering two versions of the explosion in the capital's Poznyaky area. Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov stated this, as the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs reported.

Avakov added that soon the residents of the house will be able to pick up the most necessary things, after that, a typo of the apartments will be made and there will be round-the-clock encirclement of the police and the National Guard.
“Tents for victims have been set up and meals for them have been organized,” Avakov added.
