The law enforcements plan to serve the son of the Ukrainian MP Nestor Shufrych Jr. with the charge paper due to the fact that he hit a man by the car at a pedestrian crossing on Shota Rustaveli Street, in Kyiv on August 26. The source from the police reported this to Ukrainian News.
‘The apprehension is under preparation’, the source said, adding that Nestor Shufrych Jr. will be served with the charge paper on August 29. He did not reveal other details.
Earlier, the MP Anton Herashchenko claimed that Shufrych Jr can be imposed by a fine or conditional sentence due to the no record of the convictions.
