Fire occurs at creamery in Vinnytsia region

A massive fire occurred at a creamery in the town of Tulchyn, Vinnytsia region, reports the press office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine.

The Service received the message about the fire at 3:06 p.m.

Vezha, the local outlet reports that the cheese shop was built from plastic materials. The witnesses say the shop burned to ashes.

‘Thanks to the efficiency of the rescuers, the fire didn’t reach the facilities with dangerous chemicals. The staff has been immediately evacuated from the factory. The fire was localized at 4:10, and put out at 4:55,’ reads the message of the Emergency Service.

14 people and four units of firefighting equipment were involved in the operation.

As we reported earlier, on November 20, an explosion happened at Rivne general military firing range; a 19-year-old soldier was wounded due to the incident.

On July 6, a dreadful incident occurred in Rivne region, as Ukrainian army servicemen sustained fatal wounds. The accident occurred during the tactical exercise on the firing range in Rivne region, where three soldiers deceased and nine suffered wounds of various degrees of severity.

Besides, three Ukrainian soldiers got injured as a result of a Molot mortar explosion at a military unit in Donbas conflict zone in September 2018.
