Ukrainian border guards of Lutsk department together with customs officers detained a large batch of antiques on the border with Poland. It is reported by the press service of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.

Antiques were found at the checkpoint "Yagodyn" in the car, which arrived by the "green corridor" for travellers from Ukraine. Border guards seized 8 old paintings, 29 textbooks (XVIII-XX centuries.), wooden figurine, candle holder, cigarette case and an inkwell of stone from a car of German citizen.

After filling protocols on administrative violations, car and antiques were transferred to employees of the Security Service of Ukraine.
