Landslide smashed onto residential houses in Osh Region of Kyrgyzstan, 24 people got under dirt masses. This was reported by Turmush local agency referring to Ministry of Emergency Situations.

"Today morning, April 29, 2017, landslide of about 1 million cubic meters occurred in the village. According to preliminary data, dirt masses descended on 6-7 residential houses," the message reads.

According to published information, 33 rescuers went to the scene. 

Preliminarily, 24 people living in the dangerous zone under the mountain were at home when landslide occurred.
