Due to the ongoing lockdown in Kyiv, the tenth edition of international festival Book Arsenal will be hosted in June - not in May, as it is supposed to.

Organizers reported that on the Facebook page. According to them, now the key literary event of the year will take place on June 23-27.

"We hope to keep the hybrid format of the festival: a book fair, events of curator programs, and the awards ceremony will take place live at the Mystetskyi Arsenal exhibition venue. And part of these events will make the online program of Book Arsenal, which can be viewed from anywhere on the planet", reads the message.

The tickets for Book Arsenal 2021 will be only sold online. This year's edition envisages the so-called slot-based attendance; it means that people will be able to buy tickets only for a certain slot and enter the Arsenal at a certain time. It will let the organizers solve the problem with big lines on the entrance and big crowds amidst the Covid-19 pandemic.

The beginning of ticket sale period and the program of Book Arsenal 2021 will be announced upon reasonable notice.
