Kyiv schoolgirl Kseniya Zbyshko sent a letter to Her Majesty Mathilde, the Queen of Belgium and Ukraine's Charge d'Affaires a.i. in Belgium and Luxembourg Oleksandr Sorochyk. The student asks the Queen to accept the sculpture of Chat Pis (Pissing Cat), which she crafted with her own hands. The girl posted that on her Instagram account.

Kseniya explained that the sculpture was created in 2019, to mark the 400th jubilee of the erection of the Manneken Pis monument in Brussels.

In November 2019, the Ukrainian sent Belgian royal family her first letter, in which she told them about her creation. "I received the reply from the royal family, composed by Chantal Cooreman, the Head of Petitions and Social Affairs Department. My letter was redirected to the Mayor of Brussels, but the world faced the pandemic of coronavirus. Currently, when we all get back to life somehow, when Belgium's cultural life prospers again, I would love to give people another reason to smile, its sculpture of the Pissing Cat, which is to join the family of Petit Julien, the Jeanneke Pis, and the Chien Pis", she wrote.
