Deputy Chief of the National Police of Ukraine, Kyiv Police Chief Andriy Khryshchenko has recovered from the Covid-19 and has taken up his duties after a long pause. This was announced by the adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Zorian Shkiriak on Facebook.
"The head of the Kyiv City Police Department Andriy Khryshchenko has successfully overcome the disease and has fully recovered from being infected with Covid-19. All repeated tests are negative, all medical indicators are normal, the state of health is excellent. Today Andriy Yevhenovych is already at work and has taken up his duties after a long pause," Shkiriak said.
It is worth noting that Khryshchenko was diagnosed with COVID-19 on March 27.
As we reported earlier, 12,697 cases of coronavirus infection have been reported in Ukraine.
Most of the cases have been observed in the Chernivtsi region - 1948 cases; Kyiv - 1583 cases; Ivano-Frankivsk region - 1015 cases and Ternopil region - 923 cases.
In total, 316 fatal cases have been reported, 1875 people have recovered.
