Kyiv took eighth place in the ranking of the ten cheapest cities in the world. This is stated in the report of Economist Intelligence Unit agency from Britain .
So, according to the Worldwide Cost of Living 2017 report, Kyiv fell in the rating by 6 positions in comparison with the previous year.
The cheapest city is Almaty (Kazakhstan). Next come Lagos (Nigeria), Bangalore (India), Karachi (Pakistan), Algeria (Algeria), Chennai (India), Mumbai (India), Kyiv (Ukraine), Bucharest (Romania) and New Delhi (India).
The top ten most expensive cities in the world includes Singapore, Hong Kong, Zurich, Tokyo, Osaka, Seoul, Geneva, Paris, New York and Copenhagen.
