Fighters of terrorist organization "Islamic State" took responsibility for the explosion in Afghanistan’s capital, Kabul, killing over 80 people. This was reported by Al Maydeen television company based in Lebanon.
"ISIS took responsibility for the explosion in Kabul, as a result of which dozens of people were killed today," the message reads.
As it is known, a powerful bomb explosion thundered near Kabul’s diplomat district on May 31. The car rigged with explosives blasted near the Embassy of Germany to Afghanistan. About 80 people were killed and more than 350 got injured, according to the latest information. Sigmar Gabriel, German Minister for Foreign Affairs, announced that embassy’s employees were wounded in the attack. Preliminarily, there were no Ukrainian citizens among victims in Kabul explosion.
