ISIS leader conceded defeat in Mosul

The leader of Islamic state terrorist group in his speech conceded the defeat of ISIS in the recent fighting, particularly in Mosul. It is reported by online edition IraqiNews.com.

The text of speech of Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, reportedly, would be spreaded among the militants in the western part of Mosul.

Alsumaria News quoted local sources, claiming that the leader of the terrorist organization made a farewell speech to his combatants, urging them to flee and hide in the mountain areas of Iraq and Syria. Also, the order was given to militants to blow themselves surrounded by Iraqi forces with a view to inflict damage to the enemy. Those commanders who were close to al-Baghdadi have fled to Syria, to the territory controlled by ISIS.

So Iraqi forces have made significant progress since the start of attacks.
