Ukraine believes that Iran's version of the cause of the PS752 crash is premature. Foreign Minister of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba thinks that it is too early to talk about a human error as the main reason for the downing of the plane. This was reported by Epravda.com.
"I want to make it clear today that it is too early to say that the plane was shot down due to the human error, as the Iranian side claims. We have many questions and we need as many authoritative, impartial, objective answers about what happened as possible. As of now, Ukraine cannot agree that the plane was shot down due to the human error," he said.
Kuleba reminded that the downing of a civilian plane was an illegal act, so Iran would be responsible for it in accordance with international law.
"Ukraine's Foreign Ministry is fully prepared for this legal and diplomatic struggle. We will do everything in our power to make Iran pay the highest price for what happened," the official added.
As we reported earlier, Iran declared its readiness to start bilateral negotiations with Ukraine on the downed plane of Ukraine International Airlines.
