Inspectors of the migration service of Portugal face up to 25 years in prison due to the murder of the citizen of Ukraine, as Chair of Union of Ukrainians in Portugal Pavlo Sadokha reported on Facebook.

A man came to Lisbon from Turkey in search of work; however, he was refused to enter the country. According to Sadokha, he was handcuffed and beaten after the attempts to find out the reasons for refusal.

Then, the workers of the migration service supposedly left the Ukrainian in a room alone and handcuffed. He had an epileptic seizure and died from it.

The investigation on the legality of the actions of migration service inspectors continues, in case they recognized guilty, they may face up to 25 years in prison.

As we reported, most passengers arriving in Kyiv from Doha, Qatar refuse from free or paid observation and demand to be released for self-isolation. However, some people have already settled in the Kozatsky Hotel and Pushcha Congress Hotel.
