Norwegian policemen detained a 17-year-old Russian regarding the case of a suspicious object left in the center of Oslo, reported Norwegian Security Police spokesman Signe Aaling at a press conference, according to NRK.

According to Aaling, this is a 17-year-old Russian citizen who lives in Oslo. "A young man came to Norway in 2010," she said.

Russian teenager is accused of illegal handling of explosives.

According to the Norwegian special services, he arrived in Norway with his family and was waiting for asylum. His explosive device was a primitive explosive projectile, so it did not have much potential.

We recall, in the center of Oslo (Norway), police found an object that was "similar" to the bomb. It really turned out to be an explosive device. Law enforcers disarmed it.
