On Wednesday, October 2, journalists of 112 Ukraine, NewsOne and ZIK TV channels are holding a rally of solidarity against censorship.
The main purpose is to give a response to Ukrainian authorities' attempts to stifle freedom of speech in Ukraine.
As we reported earlier, on September 26, the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting revoked 112 Ukraine TV Channel television licenses for digital broadcasting, which resulted in about 40% of viewers having no access to information.
The channel continues to broadcast and is available to its viewers on satellite, cable and the Internet.
