As of September 18, Ukraine is 90% ready for the autumn-winter heating season, and fuel reserves at TPPs are consistently high. The website of the government portal reports.

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmygal noted that fter the appointment, the government immediately made it a priority to ensure all conditions for the successful preparation and passage of winter.

"All Ukrainian families, kindergartens, schools and hospitals should be provided with heat in winter. We have all the conditions for this. Today we see consistently high fuel reserves at thermal power plants, and w also have record gas reserves," Shmygal said.

The Prime Minister also instructed representatives of the Regional State Administration, the Ministry of Community and Territorial Development, the Ministry of Energy, the State Property Fund and the NJSC Naftogaz Ukraine to quickly resolve the issue of problematic thermal power plants.

As we reported before, Prime Minister Denys Shmygal named the conditions for the introduction of a lockdown in the regions of Ukraine.

According to Shmygal, the "red" level of epidemiological danger in the regions of Ukraine will be introduced with a five-fold excess of the country's average incidence of coronavirus.
