The current situation with coronavirus in Kyiv and ten regions of Ukraine does not meet the necessary criteria for weakening anti-epidemic mechanisms. This is mentioned in the analytical report released by Ukraine's Healthcare Ministry.

The governmental agency refers to three basic criteria when evaluating situation in the region - the number of new cases, the load rate of beds in local hospitals, and the test cover rate that exceeds the incidence rate. Based on these indexes, Vinnytsia, Volyn, Zhytomyr, Zakarpattya, Ivano-Frankivsk, Lviv, Rivne, Ternopil, Kharkiv, Chernivtsi regions and Kyiv are not ready to mitigateteh quarantine. In Zakarpattya region (westernmost Ukraine), the load rate of beds in local hospitals is exceeded. The Ministry believes that all other regions are ready for the next stage of the quarantine, which is supposed to be not as tough as the current one.
