Despite the reduction in the Covid-19 incidence, it is still necessary to follow all the quarantine restrictions as the epidemiological situation in Ukraine is still tense. This was announced by Ukrainian Health Minister Maksym Stepanov during a briefing.

"The situation with Covid-19 is quite tense. The number of existing patients remains at a fairly high level and forces us to adhere to the quarantine. We have one more week of the quarantine with strengthened restrictive measures," said Stepanov.

As we reported earlier, U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo stated that the Chinese authorities were still hiding information about Covid-19.

According to the U.S. State Department, the Covid-19 pandemic was avoidable. China instead refused offers of help – including from the United States – and punished brave Chinese doctors, scientists, and journalists who tried to alert the world to the dangers of the virus.

Thus, Pompeo called on China to provide relevant data to the World Health Organization: its experts arrived to Wuhan last week in order to collect all the necessary data for investigation.
