It is noted that Nazar Holodnytsky not only leaves the SAP, but also completely abandons the prosecutor's office.

Earlier, the head of the Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor's Office said that he was ready to resign from his post only in two cases: "I will leave in two cases: when the term ends or when I myself want to. These are the two options."

Note that he has been the head of the SAP since 2015, and his term expires at the end of this year.

As we reported before, National Anti-Corruption Bureau (NABU) and Specialized Anti-Corruption Prosecutor’s Office (SAPO) disclosed the details of the detention of the former acting head of Ukraine's State Roadway Service (Ukravtodor) Slawomir Nowak in Poland. Tenders worth about 270 million euros are now being examined.
