Prosecutor’s Office of the International Criminal Court (ICC) in The Hague has decided to bring the testimonies of family members of those killed during the protests in 2014, which contains information that the violent actions of the Ukrainian authorities against the protesters were organized to "the situation in Ukraine" case. Lawyer Markiyan Galabala said this, Hromadske reports.

"We tried to show that the authorities’ actions against the Euromaidan participants were not spontaneous, but had an organized character. There were the headquarters, which coordinated the actions of the security forces, internal troops, Special Forces”, he said.

According to the lawyer, the tragic events in early 2014 were not just a reaction of the authorities to the protests, but a "purposeful act of aggression against the Ukrainian people in order to suppress the protests, because they could lead to the disclosure of crimes of corruption of power, which has happened."
