Germany does not plan to mitigate quarantine

Germany plans to continue the lockdown and prepares the citizens for it, as Deutsche Welle reported citing Chancellor Angela Merkel.

The government believes that there are no grounds for the mitigation of the quarantine. It is planned to enhance the quarantine in the country.

“The citizens should get the single, general answer from the federal government and governments of the states. We are working on this issue,” Merkel said.

On November 25, the government will hold a meeting to discuss further steps for the fight against coronavirus.

As we reported, the Turkish government boosts quarantine measures, as the doctors expect a growing number of Covid-19 cases. In particular, the authorities introduce a curfew on the weekends and closed schools until the end of the current semester.   

However, due to the decrease of daily incidence of Covid-19, the Dutch authorities are taking the first steps to cancel the lockdown imposed during the second wave of the pandemic.
