A citizen of Berlin told how disciplined the Germans are

The government of Germany imposed high fines if groups of more than two people come to streets and do not observe 1.5-meter distance as 112 Ukraine TV channel reported citing citizen of Berlin Anna Rokitta.

“The kindergartens, schools, clothing stores, entertainment complexes, sports clubs are closed. People may enter the public transport only through back door; it is banned to pay the fire to the driver,” she said.

Rokitta reported that is someone gets sick; the doctor makes diagnosis by phone.

“Nobody goes to the hospital; firstly, they phone doctor or hot line, tell their diagnoses, what hurts and then the doctor decides what to do. The doctor decides which medicines should be prescribed and for what term the person may stay at home on sick leave,” Rokitta said.

The system of fines also acts in Germany – from 200 euros and higher.

“The fine starts at 200 euros. It even reaches 5,000 euros, if a person goes to another city, in Neuruppin (about 80 km from Berlin, - for example, we will be fined for 5,000 euros if we go there from Berlin,” the woman said.

She noted that the people in Germany are disciplined. If they walk the streets then they observe the distance, even at the shops.
