The large-size writing 'FreeSentsov' appeared in the middle of a field of the open-air National Museum of People's Architecture in Pyrohove, Kyiv region. The administration of the museum added that the installation was created by a local agriculture company, which has been a long-standing partner of the museum.
The inscription appeared on the hill with the windmills. It is one of the most famous location of the entire museum, segodnya.ua reported.
'Architect Ivan Kushnir came up with the idea of such installation. We liked it a lot. Good friends of ours from the local agriculture company assisted us, bringing the idea to life. Our team decided to support Oleg Sentsov, who starves in the Russian prison', the administration of the museum said.
Thousands of tourists already enjoyed the installation.
The Ukrainian movie maker has been starving for 44 days now; the huge campaign to support him is underway in Ukraine and in many countries abroad.
Earlier, The European Court of Human Rights considers political prisoner Oleg Sentsov as the citizen of Ukraine and expects from Russia the information on the state of his health on June 27. Ivan Lishchyna, the Deputy Justice Minister, Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for ECHR claimed this citing the information of the court.
At the same time, the official noted that the court did not give the right answer on the demand of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to provide the access to Sentsov for ombudswoman Lyudmyla Denisova.
'We prepare the additional statement to specify this issue. Concurrently, we continue the preparation of the joint inter-state statement on all Ukrainian political prisoners of Kremlin,' Lishchyna wrote.
