The reliability rating of the Ukrainian police has grown by one and a half times compared to 2014. This is stated in the annual report of the Fraser Institute (Canada) regarding the level of economic freedom in 159 countries, writes Unian.

The rating emphasizes that Ukraine has shown great progress in terms of "police reliability". "The index of Ukraine for this component is 4.21 points, for comparison - in 2014 it was 2.75 points," the authors note.

"There is no doubt that the growth of index for the component "police reliability" is due to the success of reforms conducted by the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, primarily due to the creation of the National Police, which significantly increased the level of citizens' trust in law enforcement agencies," stated in the rating.
