Four Ukrainians, members of the crew of the "Temeteron" vessel, which were arrested by Libyan coast guard since last summer, were released yesterday, on March 2, and have returned to Ukraine. It is reported by the press service of the Department of Consular Service of the MFA of Ukraine.

"On March 2, 2017 thanks to the efforts of Ukrainian diplomats, the Libyan authorities have released from detention four citizens of Ukraine - members of the crew of “Temeteron" detained in June 2016. At present, our fellow citizens have already returned to their homeland", reads the report.

It is reported that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and diplomatic missions abroad continue to work on the release of other citizens of Ukraine, who still are in Libya, however, given the difficult security situation and the lack of a stable political and judicial authorities in this country, this task is extremely tough.
