Law enforcement authorities prevented the contract murder of an employee of the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU), as her ex-husband wanted to kill her. The SBU press service reported that.
According to investigators, the former husband of an employee of the Service Academy was looking for a killer to assassinate her. Meanwhile, legal disputes continue regarding the determination of the place of residence of the common child and the payment of alimony.
Law enforcement authorities conducted an imitation of the disappearance and murder of the victim in Kyiv, after which they informed the customer about her execution. He estimated the life of his wife at 1,000 U.S. dollars.
SBU employees detained the ex-husband immediately after transferring the last amount of funds for the job done in one of the district centers of Kirovohrad region, central Ukraine.
"Within the framework of the initiated criminal proceedings, the issue of declaring a report of suspicion of a crime under paragraph 11 of Part 2 of Article 115 (contract murder) of the Criminal Code of Ukraine is being resolved," the message said.
The suspect faces ten to fifteen years in prison or the life imprisonment.
