Forensic psychological examination of Ukrainian citizen Stanislav Klykh who is now in jail in Russia showed that he is mentally healthy and can participate in the trial. This was stated by the Russian human rights activist Zoya Svetova in the air of TV channel "112 Ukraine".
Earlier Zoya Svetova claimed that the detained Ukrainian Stanislav Klykh went mentally insane due to tortures in Russian pre-trial facility.
"And what we are now seeing - his psyche was broken. You can talk about the fact that he has gone mad. And most of all I am amazed that in jail of Grozny, where at the insistence of lawyers was conducted forensic psychological examination, which decided that it's nothing serious with him, that he may be kept in prison, that he may participate in the hearing, "- said Svetova .
" When Klukh's mother asked mу to find him, I did a lot of requests, connected many human rights activists, the state ombudsman. Finally, I managed to find him in the detention center in Pyatigorsk, I asked the lawyer Marina Dubrovina to go there "-. said the human rights activist.
According to her words, Marina Dubrovina after the first meeting with Klykh reported that he was tortured.
