All passengers arriving in Israel must present a negative Covid-19 PCR test result. Embassy of Ukraine in the State of Israel stated the updated procedure for the entry of foreigners into the State of Israel during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Foreign nationals must submit an application for an entry clearance certified by an Israeli consulate or by the consulate at the place of residence of the foreigner or by the Population and Immigration Authority.
All passengers arriving in Israel must present a negative Covid-19 PCR test result to airline staff. The test must be taken within 72 hours prior to the scheduled departure to Israel. An additional PCR test is required upon arrival in Israel. This requirement applies to people with a vaccination certificate or a certificate of recovery.
Passengers must have a valid health insurance policy that covers the costs in the case of Covid-19 disease to obtain a permit to enter the country. Passengers who fly to Israel must submit an inbound passenger statement. In the statement form, passengers are required to fill out their personal information, the address of the accommodation where they will isolate, and a health declaration. The statement form should be filled out within 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure to Israel.
All international passengers must be self-isolated in the motel room specified by the host country. The duration of the isolation is 14 days, or 10 days (provided that the passenger has two PCR tests on the dates specified in the special protocol, the results of which are negative). Persons who have a certificate of vaccination against Covid-19 in Israel or a certificate of recovery from Covid-19 are not subject to isolation.
The medical declaration, permission to enter the country, the results of the Covid-19 test, and other documents must be printed out and carried for presentation to the competent authorities of Israel. Note that boarding will be denied of Covid-19 confirmed cases.
A foreigner entering Israel who has been cured of Covid-19 or vaccinated must comply with the requirements of the Israel Ministry of Health, including a serological test and an electronic wristband funded by a foreigner.
A foreigner who leaves the territory of Israel before the expiration of the established period of self-isolation without a special permit will be barred from entering the country the next time.
