In the occupied territory of the Donetsk region, the authorities of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic suspended the curfew on weekends for the entire summer - from June 1 to September 15, for the first time in seven years. Denis Pushylin, the head of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic, stated this in an order.

"Suspend the curfew on the territory of the “Donetsk People's Republic” every week from 23:00 on Friday to 04:00 on Sunday from June 1 to September 15, 2021," the order reads.

According to the order, the forces of the Ministry of Internal Affairs will conduct intensive patrols on the occupied territory at this time.

As a reminder, in April, the head of the so-called Donetsk People’s Republic Denis Pushylin issued the command about the beginning of a call of locals for military service.
