Firemen keep putting out the fire in Balakliya, Kharkiv region, northeastern Ukraine, which broke out on May 3. Vitaliy Sarantsev, the spokesman of Ukraine's defence ministry said that on Friday morning.
'As of 8 a.m., the crews continue working at two ignition sites, where the fire began. Firemen and workers of State Emergency Service are involved. Four fire rescue tanks, armored cars and aircraft are involved', he said.
The flames will be extinguished over few hours, Sarantsev added. According to him, the current degree of the emergency poses no danger to the local residents.
