Public utility services work around-the-clock to cope with the ongoing snowfalls in Kyiv.
The heavy blizzard badly limited the road traffic in and around the city; 10-degree gridlocks are reported across Kyiv. The crews and vehicles are working hard, Kyiv city state administration reports.
The tense snowfall began late on Sunday and it still goes on, as of 9 a.m. Monday.
Later this week, forecasters expect freezing temperatures in Ukraine - up to minus 20 degrees by Celsius.
