Extreme fire hazard observed in seven regions of Ukraine

Rains expected only in Lviv and Volyn regions, in western Ukraine

An extreme level of fire hazard is observed in several regions of Ukraine. The press office of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that on August 12.

This concerns Poltava, Kharkiv, Cherkasy, Vinnytsia, Ternopil, Khmelnytsky and Ternopil regions. 

The heat will hold all over Ukraine on Monday, with the rains expected only in Lviv and Volyn regions, in western Ukraine. The maximum temperature is expected at the rate of 34 degrees Celsius.

It's the second time this summer that such heat is observed in Ukraine. In June 2019, in some regions, the heat reached +35 by Celsius. And even precipitations that occurred in most of the regions did not drastically change the temperature pattern.
