An explosion near the Shulyavska metro station in Kyiv injured four people. The Kyiv Police Communication Department reports.
"The 22-year-old student was hospitalized from the scene. The other three victims independently went to the doctors. After examination and assistance, they were released," the police said.
In the case of the explosion, criminal proceedings have already been opened under Part 4 of Art. 296 ("Hooliganism") of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
As we reported before, in Kyiv, near the Shulyavska metro station, an explosion occurred, as a result of which the man received leg injuries.
"An unknown device exploded in a garbage can at the entrance to the Shulyavska metro station at 20:08. One passer-by who received a leg injury, received medical assistance. The station windows were damaged," the message says.
The Kyiv police said that at the scene of the incident, law enforcement officers are conducting a number of necessary priority investigative actions and establish all the circumstances of the incident. For safety, the explosion technicians examined the surrounding area: no suspicious or dangerous items were found.
