"As of 20:00, three dead people were found at the scene of the emergency. 23 people were evacuated. 3 people were unblocked. The headquarters for emergency response, the mobile task force of the State Emergency Situations, and the National Police are working at the scene," the report said.
Law enforcement authorities are considering two versions of the explosion in the capital's Poznyaky area. Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Arsen Avakov stated this.
"One version is a gas explosion, the other is an explosive device. Now the bombers have taken the materials for examination. It will take 30-40 minutes to establish the cause of the explosion," the report said.
Avakov added that soon the residents of the house will be able to pick up the most necessary things, after that, a typo of the apartments will be made and there will be round-the-clock encirclement of the police and the National Guard.
“Tents for victims have been set up and meals have been organized,” Avakov added.
