The death toll increased to 48 victims as a result of an explosion near the voter registration center in Kabul, as TOLO News reports referring to Wahid Majroh, the Spokesperson for Public Health.
Besides, it was noted that the number of victims increased to 50.
Earlier, it was reported that as a result of the incident seven people died and 35 were injured.
As it was reported earlier, the explosion in Kabul was fired in the morning today.
Najib Danish, the representative of Afghan Internal Ministry, “a suicide bomber detonated his explosives in the door way of the office”.
None of the groupings has taken responsibility for the explosion.
Ashraf Ghani, the President of Afghanistan, expressed condolences to the families of the victims and wished a speedy recovery for the injured. He said that he ordered the relevant services to provide support and assistance for those who suffered in the terrorist attack.
