The organizers of the international song contest Eurovision-2017 are considering the possibility to move from Kyiv to Moscow, according to German newspaper Bild, citing a source.

The decision to hold "Eurovision-2017" in Kyiv the European Broadcasting Union (EBU) should take at the General Assembly on 8 December.

It was reported that EBU has previously warned Kyiv about such a possibility because of bureaucratic delays, lack of attention to the preparation of the competition by the authorities.

According to the newspaper, the Eurovision-2017 can be moved because of the financial problems Ukraine is facing during the preparation. According to Bild estimates, the cost of the competition organization is from 17 to 25 million euros, of which, as a rule, 10-14 million euros pays the European Broadcasting Union, the rest of the money should pay the host country.

We remind, the Eurovision-2017 will take place in Ukraine because of Ukrainian singer Jamala, who won with "1944" song in May 2016. Kyiv will host the contest.
