Members of the European parliament decisively condemned the decision of the “Supreme Court” of Crimea to ban the Mejlis of Crimean Tatars, demanding that the Crimean self-proclaimed authorities immediately cancel the decision. “It is a systematic and deliberate prosecution of Crimean Tatars and an attempt to evict them out of Crimea, which is their historical Motherland”, reads the resolution submitted at the European Parliament’s website.
