The members of EU have started to review the agreement of the on the exit of Great Britain from the EU at an extraordinary meeting of the European Council in Brussels today. Josep Borrell, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Spain, stated this, as Bloomberg reports.

So the Prime Minister of Great Britain Theresa May arrived in Brussels in order to add some changes to the agreement on February, 20, the summit itself is to be held in Egypt on Sunday. February 24 is regarded as the new opportunity for the parties to negotiate.

“I think the agreement is in the process of signing, there is no need to go to Sharm el-Sheikh in order to do so. We keep in touch all the time”, - Borrell said.

As we reported earlier, Heads of states of governments of 27 member countries of the European Union have adopted the agreement on the exit of Great Britain from the EU at an extraordinary meeting of the European Council

President of the European Council Donald Tusk claimed based on the results of an informal summit of the leaders of the EU countries that the plan suggested by the UK won’t work out. He is sure that the proposed structure of the economic interaction won’t work because it can undermine the united market.
