Epidemiological indicators in four Ukrainian regions not correspond to "green" quarantine zone

In four regions of Ukraine, the incidence rate does not correspond to the "green" quarantine zone. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Health.

It is noted that as of September 5, the incidence rate (the norm is 75 patients per 100,000 of the population) is exceeded in:

  • Kyiv - 107;
  • Luhansk region - 135;
  • Kherson region - 85;
  • Chernivtsi region - 169.

At the same time, according to the Ministry of Health, in Luhansk, Lviv and Poltava regions, there is a high dynamics of the level of hospitalization of patients with Covid-19.

Over the last 24 hours, Ukrainian doctors confirmed 1,379 new cases of Covid-19, including 102 children and 28 healthcare workers.

899 people have been taken to hospitals during this period; 17 patients deceased and 407 recovered. 34,945 tests have been taken.

Most of the confirmed cases have been observed in Kharkiv (144), Kyiv city (141), Dnipropetrovsk (132), Chernivtsi (124) and Odesa (90) regions.

Since the beginning of the pandemic in Ukraine, 2,297,534 people have contracted the disease, 2,212,720 have overcome it, 53,983 have succumbed to it.
