According to him, newly-minted parents will spend 20 minutes instead of two weeks on 10 public services related to the birth of a child. The head of government also congratulated one of the young couples in the hospital who became parents on Valentine's Day.

“If earlier it was necessary to stand in lines of 11 instances, submit 37 documents, now it’s 20 minutes and just one application right at the hospital. Similar services in some countries have combined 3-5 services into one, and we have all 10 at once,” Honcharuk said.
