May 31, minibus drivers blocked the Tysa checkpoint on the border with Hungary this morning due to the inability to get to Ukraine. Mukachevo.net reports, referring to information obtained in the Chop border detachment.
It is reported that the checkpoint is blocked for entry and exit from 9:30 am.
After that, the reserve forces of the border guard arrived at the Tysa checkpoint.
According to local media, up to 50 unformed minibusses arrived at the border.
Earlier, the chairman of the Transcarpathian Regional State Administration, Oleksiy Petrov, instructed the law enforcement agencies of Transcarpathia to create mobile response teams to check the parcels.
"Minibus drivers who are now at the customs post, except for personal belongings of citizens moving packages to order. Some of them refuse to declare written goods and submit documents for customs control. Several refusal cards have been drawn up. This makes it impossible to cross the border legally," customs officials said.
