The so-called Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) made a decision to close the checkpoints at the contact line in Donbas from March 21 as leader of the militants Denys Pushilin stated.
Thus, DPR militants will ban the movement of people and transport through the contact line from midnight, on March 21; however, the citizens of occupied territories will be able to return home.
Pushilin also noted that people, who return to DPR until March 21, will stay under the control of the doctors.
Earlier, it was stated that border guards will be able to let Ukrainians enter and leave Crimea during quarantine, taking into account the humanitarian needs of such movements.
