A dead woman was found in one of the houses near Balakliya depot. Mykola Chechetkin, the Head of the State Emergency Service, announced that during his report in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, broadcasted by 112 Ukraine TV.
“A dead woman born in 1951 was found under the destroyed constructions of the house during the inspection of the residential area late at night on Thursday. According to the Ministry of Health, a woman of 1962 got a shrapnel wound in her head in the result of the shell hit the house,” Chechetkin said.
As it was reported earlier, the 54-year woman got a shrapnel wound in her head on Thursday. She was hospitalized.
It’s been more than 24 hours when the ammunition arsenal burst into flame in Balakliya, Kharkiv region. The fire started due to the subversive group that broke into the territory of the arsenal at night. Now the weapos are detonating, almost 50% of the territory is on fire. The spread of fire can’t be stopped at the moment.
